I really haven’t found my footing in this year yet. I feel like I’m failing in every aspect of life and it’s all out of my control. I’ve just been trying to find some solid ground to stand on and breathe. Journaling and drawing have been bringing me a lot of relief from my anxious, paranoid, hypochondriac thoughts. Anyway, my best friend just got me this new journal that I love a lot ✨
I know, I know, I know - I’m always posting pictures of this village church. Not that I am in any way religious (queue clap of thunder & lightening ⚡️🌪) but because every day it looks different. The days light, the sky covering it and the different stages of growth on the trees, the grass and the flowers, whatever the weather, it always looks so ‘Little House on the Prairie’ and I love it. ⛪ 🥰. Today the snowdrops are raising their heads, little white poppets of happiness, a promise of what’s to come. I’ve got my eye on a house that has the perfect view of this church but unfortunately, it’s not actually for sale 😏 But anyone who knows me also knows that I’m not going to let a little detail like that get in my way 🧙♀️ 💫. Watch this space 😂 . . . #countrylife#countryliving#church#architecture#favouriteplace#walking#spring#houses#over50blogger#over60blogger#blogging
✨ Reading content from screens is already an uncomfortable experience for many people, and the competition for attention on the Internet has never been more rabid. This puts pressure on photographers who keep blogs to craft a positive experience for readers each time they visit a post. ✨ Blogging is as much about the package you wrap it in as it is about the story you tell. And I’ve got to be honest y’all...some of the packages are a little too reminiscent of husband present wrapping than we’d like to admit. ✨ Wrap your blog content in a beautiful, easy to read package with a big ol’ bow on top by punching out the Seven Deadly Blogging Sins that pop up all over photographer’s blog posts making their posts difficult to read. Check it at the link it bio!
