“How you finish today is how you start tomorrow” @shaunt said that at the end of the workout today on Day 2. •• It just stuck in my mind all day. The workout this morning S U C K E D. Not because it isn’t good because trust me I’m obsessed already! Because I had 101 excuses this morning. I’m tired. I’m sore. I don’t have time. I need to do blah blah blah. It’s 20 minutes so I did it.. •• And well the first video explains how it went. I S T R U G G L E D. Which is fine. You will have those days where your workout just isn’t that great, but I knew I could have done better. I wasn’t mentally prepared for it today.. •• So I got home and did it again. I’m not saying this to brag like “look at me I did 2 workouts today” I’m saying this because a 20 minute workout sucked today. I didn’t give it my all and I deserve to give myself more than that. I also have a group of women who keep me accountable and make me strive EVERYDAY to do better and today I failed at that this morning. So I did it again and you want to know something? Those 2 20 minute workouts equaled the time of passed programs I did for 1 workout.. •• 5 months ago I wouldn’t have even cared that a workout sucked because I at least did it which was a step in the right direction. But growing mentally and physically since then I know I am capable of so much more.. •• You have the time.
