Unfortunately, motivation isn't going to fall from the sky and help you make positive changes in life 😫 - What WILL create change is having the determination to push through a lack of energy or motivation to do it - Don't worry, I'm not posting this because I've mastered it! I'm sharing it with you because it's something I have to tell myself everyday (especially when I don't want to get out of bed) - When I studied, when my alarm goes off in the morning to go to the gym, when I still have unanswered messages at 11pm or when I decide to take the leap and launch something like @platterandpalette, I have to be determined to do those things even though there are much easier, cheaper and more relaxing options! - If these things didn't take a whole lot of determination, then everyone would be doing it! Try your best every day to be determined and drown out the little voice that tells you that's it's too early or too cold or you're not good enough, otherwise things will stay the same 💪🏼💪🏼
I used to dislike being selfless. I thought it made me weak. But take away that single trait and you take away the very essence of who I am. You take away my conscious, my ability to empathise, my deep appreciation for other people and creating lasting relationships, my awareness to feels others pain and my passion for people ✨
4 years ago I showed up at a job fair and hired a staff with no idea how I was going to afford their wages. Blind faith will encourage you to do what others will call “crazy!” I believed In my vision, brand and my continued momentum. I knew great things were on the way and I never looked back.

My client destroying the game. 23 kgs in 12 weeks while taking his deadlift from 170kgs to 250kgs. Unheard of results. Give me a disciplined individual that’s ready to put in work, and they will too will witness results they have never believed they could achieved. I want to congratulate my client Rabieh for his attitude towards life.
