Картофель по-деревенски в духовке😃 ⠀ Ингредиенты: Картофель молодой — 1 Килограмм Масло подсолнечное — 2 Ст. ложки Паприка — 2-3 Щепоток Орегано — 2-3 Щепоток Перец душистый молотый — 2 Щепотки Соль — 0,5 Ст. ложки ⠀ Количество порций: 3-4 ⠀ Как приготовить "Картофель по-деревенски в духовке" 1. Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Картофель можете использовать как молодой, так и старый. Единственное, старый картофель очищать не нужно, хватит лишь хорошенько промыть его, а вот молодой картофель все же лучше очистить. Быстро очистить можно при помощи губки или скребка. 2. Порежьте картофель на четвертинки. 3. Картофель посолите, сбрызните подсолнечным маслом и посыпьте специями, хорошенько перемешайте, чтобы приправы равномерно распределились по всем кусочкам. 4. Противень застелите пергаментом или фольгой. Выложите в один слой кусочки картошки. Поставьте его в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 30-40 минут. За 10 минут до окончания готовки посыпьте мелко нарубленным чесноком. 5. Выложите картофель в миску, сверху украсьте его мелко порубленной зеленью. Картофель по-деревенски готов! САЛАТ «ПИКАНТНЫЙ» Ингредиенты: - 400 гр. помидоров - 100 гр. черных оливок - 150 гр. сыра фета - 200 гр. куриного филе - небольшой пучок укропа - несколько перьев зеленого чеснока - соль и перец по вкусу - 2 ч. л. сахара - 1 ст. л. уксуса - 4 ст. л. оливкового масла Приготовление: 1) Помидоры нарежьте кусочками и сложите в миску. Добавьте мелко рубленный укроп и зеленый чеснок, соль и перец по вкусу, сахар, уксус и оливковое масло. Перемешайте, накройте пленкой и уберите на 2 часа в холодильник. 2) Отварите куриное филе в подсоленной воде, затем оставьте остыть. Остывшее куриное филе порвите по волокнам кусочками, сыр фету нарежьте кубиками. Достаньте замаринованные помидоры и добавь к ним курицу, подготовленный сыр и черные оливки. Перемешайте салат и подавайте к столу. Hello Foodies! 👋 What a long long long time it has been since you’ve heard from me! What with life getting in the way and honestly, I was just trying to realise the purpose of this account 👀 I finally know where I want this to go and the journey I want to take you all on. So my name is Hulkar 🙋🏻‍♀ I was born in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 raised in Greece🇬🇷🌊 and currently studying in New Zealand 🤓📚🐳You could say that I have been thrown around the world, and I’m not complaining one bit!
