Day 10: Repost, because the frame was wrong and it was disturbing my inner peace. 10 days already, can't believe it. To be honest ... This could be day 3 actually, because this 3/10 I have been doing well, and I haven't binged!!! Or ate more than necessary. It's awesome, this totally new in my life. I want to keep going like this, I will keep going like this. I really really hope that in the bc 2 we can see some progress. I love fasting so I will keep doing it. Today i had for breakfast fruit and then i had a salad because i was hungry (lettuce, mango, kale and nuts). And then for dinner 1 soy burger. It was delicious. I actually made 2 but i resisted to eat the second one. I was totally satisfied with only one. I have been drinking some water and my bloated belly is slightly disappearing. That's all for today, maybe I will drink a cup of hot chocolate to end the day. 🍵 Edit: anxiety just hit me. I think, I have been eating really well. I haven't eaten unnecessary food, have been fasting and haven't binged. But now I realize..... I should also reduce the amount of what I consume.... I think I have been eating too much. I challenge you to write down what your best life would be in three years from now.. Write it, Read it, Stare at it and break it down into real life goals everyday.. My husband and I did this on vacation. He wrote his and I wrote mine and we compared. Our needs and wants were spot on with the others! Reading those and realizing it’s not untouchable. We can do this and we are working on it!! Don’t just set career goals..
