We often think of bad form as being exclusive to lifting weights but you can have bad form on cardio as well. The treadmill is probably the most popular piece of cardio equipment yet so many people use it improperly. - The whole point of the incline is to burn more calories in less time by increasing the resistance. When you hold on, you're essentially canceling out the incline and walking on a flat surface. The machine may say you're burning a certain amount of calories but that number will actually be much lower. 18years old to 22 years old, 6 years weight training and about 2 1/2 years purely bodybuilding and I’m just getting started. As you can see the mustache has always been a strong feature of mine👀👀 even more when i was younger
Today : Full upper body workout 💪🏿 My weeks have neither beginning nor end ... #nodayoff ... from Monday to Friday I prefer split routine. On weekends I usually go with circuit trainings, cardio or full body trainings as this morning. I literally killed myself fortunately I had the rest of the day to recover. Be safe. Be strong.
