Breaking my 20 hour fast with a “hot n’ cold” plate!🍴 Aka “I forgot about these leftovers” 😂 For this meal, I made some ugly looking but also super delicious jalapeño cheesy creamed kale 🥬, a sliced avocado 🥑, a hard boiled egg 🥚, and some Parmesan shrimp! 🍤
Broke my 20 hour fast with air fryer green beans and steak 🥩 I cook the steak in a little bit if avo oil and season it with a lot of salt and then top it off with Kerry gold! Make sure you pan is hot AF so that your steak gets a yummy crust and keeps all the juices in.

A unique combo of: hot sauce, mayo, ranch, cheese and a heavy topping of jalapeños and onions 🤩🤩
1. Find what works for you! There are so many opinions on what to do or what not to do and you have to find what works best for your body and personality. For example, I haven’t tracked macros (except for when I stall) because I know I will fail if I have to constantly track. For some people it’s the only way they will be successful. No one’s body is the same, meaning our bodies each need something a little bit different and that’s okay. 2. Do research. Do more research and continue doing research. The more time you invest, the more likely it’ll be that you’ll succeed. 3. Change your mindset about food. It’s not a reward or a punishment. Food is fuel. 4. Read labels. There are hidden sugars in a lot of things and some ingredients you may not be comfortable with, so make sure to check out not only the nutritional label but also the ingredient list. 5. Replenish your electrolytes! Personally, I’ve taken potassium and magnesium everyday because it helps me feel better if I’m feeling dizzy or weak. Some people make their own potion of electrolytes. See number 1. 6. Make keto enjoyable for you. Find food you love and enjoy to eat. Make it fun with exploring new recipes and ideas. Pinterest, google and Instagram are amazing for this! 7. Keep it simple. Don’t overthink or try to make all these crazy recipes if that doesn’t work for you. Stick to the basics and keep your food simple and delicious. It’ll make you come back for more. In the beginning, I stayed away from flours and sweeteners so I could keep it as simple as possible and avoid temptations. 8. Surround yourself with positive and encouraging people. Stay away from the negativity. Find people who are like minded online or in person and talk with those people. The #ketofam is the best! 9. Take pictures and measurements!! This one is big, especially when the scale isn’t moving. It is also super motivating. 10. Practice self love. Don’t reward your self with food. Reward yourself with positive words or something nice for yourself. Don’t fall into bad habits with emotional eating, even if it’s a celebration of an accomplishment.

Oh thank you baby Jesus!!! So I ate breakfast around 10:45-11. It was considered “light” on the Snooze Eatery menu, so fast forward to about 2:40 I was like feeling faint or just plain starving and I remembered I bought these because I saw someone post them on their IG page. Let me tell you something, this little pack did the job!!!! It was enough “good” fat to help me feel stabilized. You can find them @fatissmartfuel I’m pretty sure I do need a meal soon because I think my breakfast was pretty low calorie. Anyway, check these out for a “store-bought” alternative to making your own fat bombs! 💥check out my highlights for my breakfast and any other stuff from my currently going 100 days keto challenge. #fatbombs#ketofatbombs#keto#ketogenicdiet#ketosis#ketoonthego#hitthespot#100dayketochallenge#ketomoms#fatforfuel
The dressing is the real star of this salad. Made in small batches, it’s easy to whip up and have just enough for two or three salad portions without any waste.⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ Dressing⠀ 4 strips bacon⠀ 1 tablespoon grease⠀ 2 tablespoons diced onion⠀ 2 teaspoon sour cream⠀ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise⠀ 2 tablespoons heavy cream⠀ 1 tablespoon water*⠀ ½ teaspoon minced fresh dill⠀ ½ teaspoon garlic powder⠀ ¼ teaspoon salt⠀ ¼ teaspoon pepper⠀ ⠀ Salad⠀ 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce⠀ ½ medium avocado, sliced⠀ 2 ounces cherry tomatoes *If you prefer your dressing drippy and pourable, you may need to thin with 1-2 tbsp water. This dressing can become very thick due to the glorious addition of bacon grease.⠀ ⠀ NUTRITION⠀ This makes a total of 2 servings of Avocado BLT Salad with Sweet Onion Bacon Ranch. Each serving comes out to be 338 Calories, 30.22g Fat, 4.86g Net Carbs, and 8.14g Protein.⠀ ⠀ FULL RECIPE⠀ https://www.ruled.me/avocado-blt-salad-with-sweet-onion-bacon-ranch-dressing/⠀ ⠀ #keto#ketorecipes#ketosis#bacon#salad#blt#lowcarb#lowcarbrecipes
B E R R I E S There are AMAZING! Amazing, and I’ll tell you why. Let me start with the fact that I haven’t had a piece of fruit since Dec 13. That’s the day I started #ketoweightloss So now that I am #ketoadapted I had some berries last Friday and it was like eating candy. Seriously, they were the most delicious, sweetest and amazing berries I have ever had in my entire life. It’s all bc of the Keto. I am appreciating these natural flavors more and more each day. Today, I had some more berries and again - AMAZING! #ketolifestyle#dieting
