I did a lot of “ONE DAY” in my head. . ⬇️ EXAMPLE ⬇️ • One day I’ll figure out my 🌱nutrition • One day the guy I’m dating wont be such a 💔 jerk • One day I’ll talk nicely to the reflection 🙁 I see in the mirror . Let me tell you, those thoughts had ZERO 0️⃣ ACTION behind them. “ONE DAY” is just hoping for change without making a plan... . In my 3️⃣0️⃣’s (31 in a week on the right)...I do a lot of DAY 1! . ⬇️ EXAMPLE ⬇️ • Today is DAY 1 of a new Personal Development 📖 book I’m reading • Today is DAY 1 of a new workout program 💪🏼 that will challenge me • Today is DAY 1 of inspiring others to become better versions of themselves & learn to love 💙 the person in the mirror . I hope your 2019 is full of DAY 1’s and not One Days...

“… Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders Let me walk upon the waters Wherever You would call me Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander” . . No, this isn’t your typical #postworkoutselfie This is the real break down moment where I collapsed on the floor post workout & balled like a baby. NEVER. HAVE. I. EVER. Broke like this from a workout. EVER. All day, the hype built that this was the hardest in the program, I thought they meant physically...#NOPE ... they meant mentally! . . I sat there in tears & I prayed. I thanked God that last years health scare wasn’t the cancer my doctor thought it was. I thanked him that I was in good enough health to be part of the ground floor of this program. Thanked him for my children who are healthy, & for a partner whom I love unconditionally. That regardless of the day to day crap, that I’m pretty damn blessed. 💕

Alright everyone, time for some Real talk. - First off, thank you! the support you are giving me and helping me grow my page is phenomenal! Fitness has been my page for about 7 years now and it has been with me in good times and In bad. It practically became my anchor and helped me make it to where I am today. It has helped me build #selfconfident and it has taught me to be #disciplined . . This is why I feel so strongly about teaching people the beauty of health and fitness. It’s not about “giving up a few years for a burger.” It’s about having a purpose and confidence. It’s about learning to love yourself and to take on challenges every day and to literally watch yourself grow and #pushthelimits . The gym is a huge part of my life and I hope anyone and everyone who follows me will at least consider to try it out and please dm me if you have doubts or hesitation! Ran 5 miles yesterday and then 3 before lifting with @newhydeparkpersonaltraining tonight so I definitely needed some @pescience protein and to stretch when I got home. This is one of my favorite stretches. It always loosens me up after a long run or just a long few days. 🏋🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️
Haven’t done lunges in awhile so I’m gonna feel this one tomorrow 🤷🏼♂️. 5th at home work out was 5 lunges and 10 jumping jacks EMOM x 15 minutes! It was a good one, todays romwod really was a good warmup for this one! #romwod#athomeworkouts#lunges#postworkoutselfie#day15
