(shoutout to fudge rounds.) • one of the MAJOR ones is my enormous hip bones. they’re uhhh giant. Insulin & Thyroid can be negatively impacted through chronic elevated levels of cortisol, both directly and indirectly. Certain hormones(good & bad) are increased as a result of the synthesis between these hormones resulting in fat loss being hindered. . Brain function more specifically down-regulation of hormones in the Hypothalamus can happen(Leptin & Ghrelin) The hippocampus and frontal lobe may see adverse side effects swell resulting in memory loss and mental elasticity quite possibly depression aswell. . Diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices that are conducive toward optimal cortisol balance is obviously the best way to ensure good levels. Utilizing carbs during workouts and good meal frequency can help with cortisol levels. 45-90 min workouts is an optimal timeframe for resistance training anything longer may result in elevated cortisol levels. On that work grind. - I do have a life somewhat at least😂 - Im always working it feels like, but at least it's a workout. I unload the truck for a meat department and lift tons of heavy boxes. Its a tough job sometimes, but I stay busy and make money to invest in myself.
