Day 16 #wwphotoaday challenge by @skinnydoll - Fav Workout.. . . My favorite workouts are running and lifting weights. I ❤ my Nordictrack because it comes with a subscription service to @ifit with iFit I don't even have to think about what I want to do or not do for the day. I sign up for various programs and iFit schedules the workouts on my calendar. When I jump on the treadmill my workouts are already loaded. I just simply select the workout and the warm up begins. . . My trainer comes on the 22" screen on my treadmill and they have control of the incline and speed at which we workout. Somedays it is intervals, some days it is hills, some days it is HIIT, some days it is pyramids or ladders, some days it is a total body weight workout, some days yoga, and so many other variations. . . My trainer is right there on the screen doing the workout with me guiding me amd encouraging me through the whole thing. The other positive is we workout in locations all over the world and the trainers ALWAYS have educational information about the areas we are in. . . I’m not just a runner. I’m a cross trainer as well! Back in October, I told coach CJ there was no way I could ever do a pull-up. She said give it a few months and you’ll be surprised. Today I did four! Who knows how many I’ll be able to do in six months. Pull-ups are not my favorite thing in the world, but I challenge myself to do things that are outside my comfort zone. Doing things that you are good at is easy. Challenging yourself to learn something new and master it is hard. Work hard and trust the process!
