yoga has become my go-to stress reliever. it is a practice that takes effort for me - rolling out my mat somedays is the last thing i want to do because i feel crunched for time which, in turn, causes me more stress 🙈 it takes effort for me to slow my breathing and surrender. but it has become vital for me - i need the “brain break” from what i was doing and what i will be doing after. it’s a mid-day restart button for me ⌛️⏳ it has also become “patience training” for me because apparently my dogs are triggered by the mat rolling out and think it’s an invitation to bombard my personal bubble 😂 (swipe left 👈🏽👈🏽) what are some techniques you use to deal with stress? #stressrelieved#patienceisavirtue#charlottegetsfit#buckleup
A year ago Mom and Captain adopted Riley from @dumbfriendsleague 🎉 They had already moved to two states together and bought a house but adopting Riley was the biggest step in their relationship because it was the first dog they “shared” 😂
So this boy, right here (the one who always looks like he has an invisible book on his head) with only one training session of nudge to interrupt my nervous hitting. Get up from a down stay and nudged me continuously (at least 2 minutes) till I stopped, this young dog continues to impress me every day. #servicedogtraining#servicedogsofinstagram#shepardmix
11 inches of snow in the past 2 days and 18 more forecasted through Saturday... yeeeeee!!! Playing in snow is the best. I like to nose dive into it. Also my @billytheguidedog is visiting us!!! What a good week!
Does anyone have recommendations for food and/or treats for a pup with a very sensitive stomach? ? Little Bea was very sick as a pup with multiple bouts of parasites (among quite a few other things) and because of that she still has an incredibly sensitive stomach. She is currently only able to handle prescription wet food and a little bit of kibble per day. Treats are mainly freeze dried anything natural. Homegirl loves to eat and deserves a wider range of options!
