Black Smoothie Bowl🥝🖤 I’m pretty sure if all our exes got together, this is what satan would serve them.💀🖤😶 Just kidding!!.....kind of 😂 ANYWAYS.... I’m loving the way @anthonysgoods activated charcoal blended in my smoothie bowl this morning! It’s great for when you’ve had a little bit too much to drink by trapping chemicals that are in your body and preventing them from absorbing. I had one too many V-Day margaritas last night so this was the perfect pick me up.🥴 It’s also great for teeth whitening, adding to other foods, and face masks! Your literally are "stalking" us for celery & for good reason! We have to chuckle because when we opened nearly 5 years ago we had to defend this good stuff pretty hard. We knew it was cooler than kale and most greens but not everyone was on board. Knowing celery would one day get the recognition it deserved, we are happy that people are in the know now. We always take special orders for celery pressed juice, just give any of our stores a call. Also FYI, all of our green juices are purposefully pressed with an abundance of celery! Staring my day off with something healthy and delicious has been a routine of mine for several years now. . One thing I’ve noticed over time is that consistency is everything. When your body learns that it’s going to get everything it needs each and every day, it really settles down your hunger cravings and calms your digestive system overall. . I like to keep the ingredients simple because my digestive system doesn’t appreciate being overwhelmed first thing in the morning. . Typically my morning smoothie bowls consist of: - 250mls water - 1/2 frozen banana - 1 cup frozen berries or mango - 1.5 stalks frozen celery - 1 tbsp vegan protein powder - 1 tsp chia seeds - 1 tsp cacao powder - Greens powder - Granola on top My granola is always gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan. . Why I love smoothie bowls is because they can be so nutrient dense! . Anyone I’ve introduced to the smoothie bowl morning routine has become an advocate like me!
