Project day 17- Today continue with the 2 exercises- body scanning and putting attention to daily activity. Don't expect too much , don't try to clear your mind from thoughts, it's sooooo hard and probably not possible to do it for more than few seconds , especially not with a practice of few weeks! Your goal isn't to stop thinking , thinking is good ! Your goal is to put attention to your thoughts , to notice the feelings , physical and emotional that coming with the thoughts. To stop judging the thoughts and make sure your mind isn't travelling 90% of the time to past moments that no longer exist or future things that might happen and might not ... Be focused on now , and every time your mind is going away , get it back here with no bad feelings , no judgement not guilt ! The fact you noticed and got it back , means you are successful ( and don't go too much after success and achieve, cuz this practice make you be more human being and less human doing !) You worth a lot only cuz you are alive and you have purpose , your peace means a lot, a lot more than everything you'll do. Like orange can bring only orange juice and not apple juice , only peaceful mind can bring peaceful qualities to your life 💕💕 , If it's easy for you to scan your body for 15-20 minutes , try to do 25 minutes !
